Eight years after the Pan Am Games were held here in Toronto and the area was used as the athletes' village, and seven years after residents started moving in, how has the Canary district lived up to its legacy? Where are their weaknesses in public space design and public art? How have things gone in the last seven years? What are some issues that have come up? How have people in the community come together to improve it?
