WALK DETAILS:
Walk and talk with fellow citizens through downtown Stratford. Join us at the front of the Perth County Courthouse for a talk led by Ryan Erb, E.D. of Stratford's United Way, on the topic of affordability and homelessness. Next stop, the Stratford Pride Centre for a discussion about equity, diversity and inclusion, led by Bruce Skeaff. (Note: this stop involves a flight of stairs, but there is an elevator that could be used.) Then, we are off the Bus Terminal on Downie St., where Kathy Vassilakos will discuss active transportation in Stratford. Our final stop is the Bru Garden, where Sammie Orr will focus on Stratford's environmental footprint.
After that, the conversation can go anywhere. Stay and enjoy lunch and a beverage, sit in the sunshine (we have put in a good word!) and each other's company. Is Stratford a Healthy City? Let's find out what everyone thinks.
