NOT a boring walk, this is an elevating walk!
By Mike Mattos, Judith Hayes, Mount Dennis Community Association

WALK DETAILS:
In 2013 we organized "Not a Boring Walk", reviewed very favorably HERE.
Metrolinx is again creating an LRT tunnel in parkland, and the Mount Dennis Community Association will be visiting the almost completed Crosstown Mount Dennis terminus, and then exploring the planned western extension into Eglinton Flats parkland, an expansion the community feels has not been adequately designed to recognize community concerns.
Walk leaders have been involved in community engagement since the days of Clean Trains, and will discuss the opportunities and challenges as we visit one of Toronto’s largest parks.
