WALK DETAILS:

Two Centuries of King Street - the story of one of Canada's most important streets. The streetscape of King Street East mirrors Toronto's rise from 19th century colonial capital to 20th century national financial centre. Discover the fabric of public, business and social life on the city's premier thoroughfare. This history walk is presented by Enoch Turner Schoolhouse Foundation as part of the 175th anniversary celebration and in memory of Enoch Turner's generous contribution of a free school to the City of Toronto.
