World Labyrinth Day 2022: Blue Zone Parkdale
By HïMY SYeD, Founder & Project Co-ordinator, Toronto City of Labyrinths Project

WALK DETAILS:
Blue zones are regions of the world thought to have a higher than usual number of people who live much longer than average.
People in Blue Zones, regardless of age, also seem happier. Blue Zones support the ideas of healthy eating, active lifestyles & community involvement.
While Toronto as a whole is not ready to embrace the Blue Zone idea, some of its neighbourhoods are.
This World Labyrinth Day 2022, Join this Jane's Walk & learn how Labyrinths + Community Gardens + Ikigai are helping transform Toronto Neighbourhoods into Blue Zones.
