Kula Yoga is a small, community-based yoga studio in the heart of Toronto, focusing on local and environmental issues with monthly donation-based workshops and classes, while building a strong connection with our yoga students through accessible and heartfelt classes.


We are excited to be supporting Jane's Walk Toronto, by practicing online yoga together, the morning of the 2022 walk!


Bryn Jennings is a yoga practitioner and facilitator, with a background in youth work and arts education. Through her experience providing recreational programs in youth shelters and drop-ins, she brings a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice and anti-oppression to all of her offerings. 


Bryn takes a somatic approach to yoga practice. She aims to create a space for students to move with curiosity and playfulness through sequences that invite deeper connection to the sensations of the body. Bryn is passionate about supporting her students as they develop compassion for their physical being and cultivate a sense of embodied wholeness.


Bryn has been lucky to study with many brilliant teachers and yoga thought leaders, including Karin Carlson, Bernie Clarke, Jules Mitchell, and Jesal Parikh. She is a certified yoga instructor, with additional certifications in yin and restorative yoga. It is with deep gratitude that she shares her love of teaching and continues her yoga journey in collaboration with you.
