Once upon a Time in Chinatown: the Evolution of Chinese Food in Toronto

Join Professor Chef Leo J.K. Chan and Mr. Gordon Lam for a talk about the evolution of Chinese food in Toronto relating to early Chinese family organizations and the local community.

A mini art and photography exhibition accompanying the talk will start at the library on Wednesday May 1. Presented in conjunction with the Canadian Foundation for Asian Culture.
