The Missing Middle: De-Mystifying Assumptions about Mid-Rise Housing in Toronto

We want to speak to folks about the potential Mid-Rise housing has to end the housing shortage in Ontario. We are currently living in a province that is promoting Suburban Sprawl as the solution to the housing shortage, yet it's only making housing more expensive and we're seeing it creep onto conservation and prime agriculture lands.

Walk Start:

We'll be meeting at Lillian H Smith Park. If you're taking the the 510 street car, get off at the college stop. If you're taking the 506 Streetcar get off at the Spadina stop.

Seaton Village. We'll be ending our walk 91 Barten Ave which is a quick walk to Christie Station
