Ashbridge’s Bay - Then and Now
Robert Miller
Starting at the historic Ashbridge Estate, we’ll explore the past and present Ashbridge's Bay. We’ll visit spots where creeks (now buried) emptied into the bay.
We’ll talk about the natural and human history that has shaped various iterations of this body of water on our lakefront.
If you have stories or questions along our route, please join in. I have led Jane’s Walks in this neighbourhood several times, and some of the best moments have been hearing the stories shared by walk participants.
We’ll have a good time on the eastern waterfront!
